Services

We offer residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting. Unless otherwise specified by the client, we will provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.

We will provide you with a free estimate of the cost of our services before we begin work.

We will arrive at your home or business at the scheduled time and date.

We will clean your home or business to your satisfaction.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash or credit/debit cards. In an exceptional case of check acceptance, there will be a $25 fee for any returned checks.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Liability

Elegant Cleaning Services is insured and bonded for your protection. We will take reasonable care of your property while cleaning, but we are not liable for any damage or loss that may occur during our cleaning services.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our cleaning services, please let us know within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will return to address any concerns. We strive to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction.

Safety

Our staff is trained in safe cleaning practices and will follow all safety guidelines while on your property. We reserve the right to refuse service if we feel that our staff's safety may be at risk.
